Cash, traditional financing, or no-credit-needed rent-to-own. Whatever fits your situation, we set it up on the lot — not in a corporate call center. Most paperwork is done in under thirty minutes.

Cash

Cheapest option. No interest, no monthly. Same price as our finance customers — we don't pad it.

Financing

Through trusted lending partners. Credit-based, competitive rates. Great for larger workshop sheds and carports.

Rent-to-Own (RTO)

No credit check. Bring a utility bill and ID. Pay monthly. Building is delivered immediately. Own it free and clear after the term.

Common questions

Do I need good credit?

No. Rent-to-own does not run a credit check. You bring a utility bill, an ID, and we set up monthly payments. After the term, you own the building outright.

How long is rent-to-own?

Most buildings can be paid out in 36 to 60 months. Early payoff is allowed — interest-free if you pay off within the first 90 days at most of our finance partners.

Can I pay cash?

Of course. Cash is the cheapest path. We do not pad the price for cash buyers vs. finance buyers.

Is delivery free?

Free local delivery in the DeRidder and Leesville service areas. Outside that, we charge a per-mile fee that the lot manager will quote you up front.

What about anchoring for hurricanes?

Standard anchoring rated for the wind loads we actually see in DeRidder area. Not an upcharge.

What if I move?

Portable buildings are exactly that — portable. We can move them. If you move out of state during an RTO, talk to your manager early so we can adjust the agreement.

Can I customize after delivery?

Yes. People add electrical, insulation, shelving, and even mini-split AC after delivery. We can refer trusted local electricians for that.
