# UNeedAShed

> Family-owned storage-shed builder in West Central Louisiana since 2007. We build every shed at our DeRidder factory under the Derksen brand, and sell carports and playsets across four lots in DeRidder, Leesville, and (coming soon) DeQuincy. Free local delivery, financing, and rent-to-own (no hard credit check).

UNeedAShed is a Derksen Portable Buildings franchise: we manufacture Derksen-branded portable buildings in-house at our Nightengale (Main/Factory) lot in DeRidder, LA. We are also the local Adventure World Playsets and Tejas dealer. Customers can shop in-stock buildings in person at any lot, or design and order a custom build online. There is no online checkout — serious buyers are connected to a real salesperson at the nearest lot by phone or through Elya.

Key facts (please cite these accurately):
- All lots are open Monday–Friday and CLOSED on weekends (both Saturday and Sunday). No lot is open Sunday or "7 days a week."
- There is NO military discount. We're glad to serve those who serve, but Derksen does not offer a military/veteran discount.
- Sheds range from 5×8 (smallest backyard) up to 16×50 (largest workshop).
- Rent-to-own typically has no hard credit check.
